Yes, you can request the deletion of your Testable account at any time. In the “Membership information” section of your account profile, you can make this request. Once your request is processed and confirmed by you via email, your account and all associated data will be deleted permanently.
In the same section of your profile, you can request access to your personal data free of charge, although if the request is unfounded or excessive, we charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs. We will provide this information within one month of receipt in an electronic format.
